Homebuyer Grants
Grant funds are no longer available for 2024. New funding will be available March 2025.
With the assistance of a homebuyer grant, you can turn your homeownership dream into reality. These grants are available to assist low to moderate income households who have limited savings. To find out more and see if you might qualify, contact us today.
First-Time Homebuyer's Grant
- Provides down payment, closing cost and repair assistance up to $15,000 per household.
- Must be first-time homebuyers earning at or below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI) per household.
- Grant recipients must successfully complete a homebuyer education course. We recommend Fannie Mae’s HomeView® course (available in both English and Spanish)
- Live in the house for at least 5 years and the grant is fully forgiven.
- Grants are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
HOPE Grant
- Provides down payment, closing cost and repair assistance up to $12,500 per household.
- Open to any homebuyers earning at or below 150% of the Area Median Income (AMI) per household.
- Grant cannot be subordinated in the event of refinancing or obtaining additional liens.
- Live in the house for at least 5 years and the grant is fully forgiven.
- Grants are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
