Western Plains Service Corporation, a subsidiary of Golden Belt Bank, has a long standing tradition of land development in Ellis County. We are wholly committed to the growth of the community by developing local infrastructure through lot developments.

For over 40 years, Western Plains Service Corporation has developed land throughout the city of Hays. Land that now serves as the foundation for beautiful residential neighborhoods, multi-family dwellings and local businesses. In the past five years, Western Plains Service Corporation has expanded its development efforts to the city of Victoria, which is about 12 miles east of Hays.
