Completed Developments
Western Plains Service Corporation has completed many land developments in Ellis County. We have developed over 450 acres of land in Ellis County, most of which has been in the City of Hays. What does that mean to you? On the land that Western Plains Service Corporation has developed sits approximately 1,000 single family homes, 50 duplexes, 10 apartment buildings and 20 businesses. We are very proud of the fact that we not only were able to help Ellis County grow, but we could also provide an opportunity for people to live and prosper in our wonderful community!
