Step 1:  Submit an Application

Complete a home loan application, which you can easily access from our website. The application asks for income and employment information, assets and liabilities, and the type of mortgage and loan terms you want. Step 2:  Loan Officer Consultation

Once we receive your application, we will pull your credit report. The loan officer will contact you and ask questions to better understand your goals. They will answer any questions you may have and provide you with a baseline idea of what you can afford.
