How do I delete my online or mobile banking user profile?

Golden Belt Bank will delete your user profile for both online and mobile banking upon request.

To request removal, send us a message using our Contact Us form. In the message field, indicate, "Delete online banking user."

Please be advised that this form is not a secure method of communication and should not be used to provide personal, non-public information such as account numbers, social security numbers, dates of birth, etc.
